This is a really amazing picture of Camp Dunmore during the winter. I walked all the way out to Granny's Island with Brian Slomovitz that day. I thought it was very cool to actually walk on the frozen lake. You can see a snowmobile track in the ice to the right. There were fishing holes cut into the ice all over the lake that day. We stayed at the Gott's house.

Here we have a picture from Camp Dunmore's production of "Grease", with Plia Lippman (holding rope), Lori Marks, Jill Yanofsky, and Deb Wolfe. Now, this production didn't get any awards on Broadway, and it didn't get any awards in Dunmore.

Ahhh, here we have a classic picture of "the news", with Chris Champine Ricky Gilbert, Danny Stone, and Louis "Uncle Louie" Miron. This was definitely a favorite at the campfires.

The Camp Dunmore for Boys Honor Board up to the year 1988. A true piece of Dunmore history, which stood in the dining room for all those great years.

Da waiters . . . Here we have from left to right, Evan Heisler (in charge of the waiters), Rob "Kugs" Kugler, Rob Dorfman, Wes Fry A.A.C., Danny Newfield, Ricky Brull, Jason Frishling, Lenny Godel, and Doug Segal.

More waiters . . .Jason Silver sent me this great picture taken in 1982 of an interesting group of waiters that year. Imagine being the counsellor of this freaky bunch that year ?? I guess we will have to contact Mitch Stotland for that information.

Does anybody remember, "Doober" ? Here we have Andy Baum ripping some chords on the guitar with Louie Miron as Doober and Carl Cadoff as Carlotta.

Ok, I think this must be some kind of weird hand dance which was performed by Fran Bernstein, Rosanne Kozloff, and Cal. Actually I think they were extras for the academy award winning production of Grease.

A group picture of the Dunmore for Boys counsellors. This picture was taken after we all got our famous 99 cent cigars towards the end of camp. Hey, can you find Waldo ??

A classic picture of Mr. Jeffrey "barfly" Mertz on a journey to find some kind of alcoholic beverage at Sabs General Store. I think he needs to be heading in the other direction to the Waybury Inn. Or maybe he's going to meet that hot girl Tara ?

The Loft . . . So, what gave it away that we just got back from the Champion outlet in Burlington ?? A day-off crew with Rob Dorfman, Jeff Kaplan, Kugs, Mike Toye, and Eddie Kessner.

Shhhhh . . . Did you ever wonder what used to go on inside the small quanset hut next to the Cadoff's ?? Here we see Steve Greenfield, Craig Starke, Steve Offenhartz, Steve Shuster, and Stu Jentis playing a little 5 card stud, one eyed jacks, suicide kings, 3's and 9's wild, follow the bitch. (and thats not beer on the table. . . its . . its . . water.)

Steve "Greenie" Greenfield was the head waterski counsellor at Dunmore for several summers teaching kids how to ski. If your wondering what he looks like, look no further. He now lives in Florida and is married to Ellen Kessner. Here is Ellen with Sami.

1975 apache relay photo finish tie !!! Here we have a true piece of Dunmore history. For those who do not know this, in 1975 David free(d)man (LEFT) and Mark Shprintz actually hit the flagpole at the same time !!! John Winston (FAR RIGHT) called the apache relay a tie. In the background we can see Scott Mandel on crutches. Thanks to Mark Shprintz for sending in this great photo !!!

Heeeeeeeeeeeerrrreee's Jamie !!!! This is a classic picture of Jamie Aronson doing his impression from the movie, "The Shining" Jamie was great at borrowing my socks and stretching them out as he wore them all day. It's no wonder that I came home that summer with one pair of socks. By the way, that is an impression right??
